BILLINGS, MONTANA--December 5, 2000--Rhonda Harms is the new Director of the Convention and Visitors Council. Prior to joining the Billings CVC, Harms was a Community Relations Representative for United Blood Services of America. She has also served as a Sales Manager for the Holiday Inn Grand Montana.

As Director of the Billings CVC, Harms will work to increase business, leisure and motor coach visitation to the "Magic City." She is responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan, managing the organization's financial records and budgets, overseeing the visitor center and maintaining a relationship with the state tourism department, Travel Montana.
