The Billings Hotel is a complete convention facility offering 18 meeting and banquet rooms accommodating up to 1400 people. The Billings Hotel displays the Beartooth Mountains to the west, and the Rimrocks to the north of Billings. Guests will find an indoor heated pool, hot tub, two amusement style waterslides, outdoor courtyard with BBQ and volleyball court, game room, laundry and valet services and a lounge with nightly entertainment. The Holiday Inn Grand Montana is a full service convention facility, the largest in a four state region. Recently renovated, the Holiday Inn’s 315 spacious guest rooms include coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Our telephone system provides for data ports and voice mail. This atrium style hotel features a 60’ waterfall in the lobby, a business center, indoor pool and hot tub, health club, restaurant and lounge. Located off Interstate 90 on Billings’ west end close to shopping malls, theaters, restaurants, amusement park and ZooMontana. Complimentary airport shuttle is provided.

Prime Exhibit Space: 135,575 square feet: Prime Exhibit Space is dedicated space within the venue with convenient access to utilities for each exhibitor. This does not include meeting rooms, the arena floor or concourses, only primary exhibit space.

Total Exhibit Space: 235,600 square feet: Total exhibit space includes prime space plus all other space which may be reasonably used for exhibits, excluding outside parking lots and the grandstand. This may include meeting rooms, lobbies, the arena floor, concourses, and venues on the facility grounds.

Parking Lots: Thirty paved acres; thirteen graveled acres; fourteen grass acres; thirty additional acres adjacent to facility are available if reserved in advance.

Outdoor Space: Substantial available space on both grass and pavement. Expo Center and Montana Pavilion have covered walkway space on the exteriors facing the central park area of the grounds. Space is lighted, 17' deep with roof slanting from 15' to 11'8". Two large grass park areas with stages and electrical service are available.

1,000 Banquet Capacity: From concessions and snacks to fine dining and full bar service, MetraPark provides a full range of food and beverage choices for 50 to 1000 guests. We will create a menu for your event based on your budget and preferences. There is no gratuity charged on food and beverage, as MetraPark is a public facility. Catering, concessions and all user services must be provided through the MetraPark facility.
